I built a shared tracker for my husband and me. It checks every new listing against our must-haves, looks up the flood zone, and lets each of us vote. Answer a few questions about your search and you'll get the same kind of build, made from the alert emails you already get, as a Claude Code skill, a prompt you paste into any chat, or both.
